Welcome to MyVegmarket, a grocery marketplace brand owned and operated by S & Y Global Trading L.L.C., registered in Sharjah, UAE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, WhatsApp Business account, and related services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. About MyVegmarket

MyVegmarket provides:

• Daily wholesale and retail market price updates for vegetables and fruits
• A platform connecting wholesalers and retailers for communication and trade
• Customer service via WhatsApp and web-based communication

We do not sell goods directly. All transactions are conducted between wholesalers and retailers at their own discretion.

You agree to use MyVegmarket only for legitimate purposes such as:

• Receiving daily fruit and vegetable market prices
• Connecting with suppliers and buyers
• Engaging in lawful wholesale/retail trade

You must not:

• Misuse our platform for spam, fraud, or misleading activity
• Impersonate another business or person
• Promote restricted products (alcohol, tobacco, medicines, financial services, adult products, etc.)
• Violate WhatsApp’s Business Terms or Commerce Policy

5. WhatsApp Usage

By engaging with us on WhatsApp, you consent to:

• Receive automated daily price updates and service messages
• Get promotional messages (only if you opt in, with an option to opt out by replying “STOP”)
• Share basic business details needed for communication

We may block or restrict users who misuse our WhatsApp services.

6. Supplier & Buyer Responsibility

MyVegmarket is an information platform. All trade happens directly between wholesalers and retailers. Therefore:

• Buyers are responsible for verifying quality, pricing, and delivery terms directly with suppliers.
• Suppliers are responsible for providing accurate prices, availability, and delivery information.

We are not liable for disputes, payment issues, or product quality.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy matters. We collect and process only the data necessary to provide our services (contact details, chat history, and order-related information). Data is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and content under MyVegmarket belong to S & Y Global Trading L.L.C. Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

9. Availability and Modifications

We may update or modify our services, website, or WhatsApp features at any time without prior notice. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for users who:

• Misuse the platform for unlawful activities

11. Limitation of Liability

MyVegmarket does not guarantee market prices, trade outcomes, or transaction security. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality, disputes, or delivery failures
• Errors caused by third-party platforms (including WhatsApp outages)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of our services is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Sharjah, UAE.
